Forest Hills Eastern baseball enters 2026 season holding the nation's longest active win streak, and ranked in the Top 100

The Forest Hills Eastern baseball team finished the 2025 season at the top of Division 2 in the state of Michigan, after winning the State Championship. Heading into the 2026 season, MaxPreps.com released the teams with the longest active winning streaks in the whole country. Forest Hills Eastern can be found at the very top, with 41 consecutive victories. MaxPreps also released its preseason Top 100 teams for 2026. These rankings include all academies, charter schools, private schools, public schools, regardless of division and enrollment. The Hawks enter as the No. 99 team in the nation. Eastern is a public school with 735 students.
